What is LNP TV PASS?
LNP TV is the new initiative from the Lega Nazionale Pallacanestro showing comprehensive live coverage of the Italian Serie A2 Basketball League Season 2018-2019. It is powered by the www.streamamg.com digital platform.
Subscribers can join via the web to follow their favourite team, as well all the games broadcast by LNP TV: the one pass allows you to switch from one game to another, without restrictions. Make your selection and enjoy the view!
You will have the chance to follow the games of your favorite team; but at the same time all the marches that will be played in the championship, even at the same time, with the original comment: you will decide which match to watch, with the possibility of moving to another field at your convenience. There are no limitations, even geographical ones: the contents of LNP TV PASS are usable from anywhere in the world, as geo-blocking barriers are not applied.
Not only live: at the end of the matches the videos of the games will flow into the VOD section (video-on-demand) and this will allow you to see all the games in the archive simply by clicking. Even here, without any limitation, neither for the fruition nor for the archives: the matches are always available, without time cancellations.
You can watch live games from any kind of device (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile), brought to you by any platform (Android, Apple).
LNP TV Pass subscription is offered in different forms, activated during the season:

  1. Annual: 12 months of basketball with all the Official Season Games, of all Teams of Serie A2, special event and archive included in the offer;
  2. 2. Half-season: 6 months of basketball, includes all the games transmitted by the platform for 6 months from the time of your registration.
  3. Monthly: with all the Official Season Games, of all Teams of Serie A2, included into the 30 Days of your subscription.
  4. Any additional packages proposed during the year (ex: Postseason, One Shot …).

What can I get with a LNP TV PASS subscription?

– Live games (excluded the matches broadcast on Sky Sport*) of Series A2 Championship, Playoffs, Playout, Italian Cup, Supercup LNP and other events that will be updated in the calendar and in the League’s website.
– All League’s games in VOD (VideoOnDemand)
– The video archive of games from season 2014/2015 till now.
* The matches transmitted by the national television partner of LNP may not be part of the LIVE offer, in case it requires the broadcast exclusivity on any platform. However, these games will be available on-demand on LNP TV Pass up to 24 hours from the end of the match.

What LNP TV PASS Annual Pass includes?
The Annual pass includes:
– Live games (excluded the matches broadcast on Sky Sport*) of Series A2 Championship, Playoffs, Playout, Italian Cup, Supercup LNP and other events
 
– All League’s games in VOD (VideoOnDemand)
– The archive of videos of the matches played in the Serie A2 championship, from the 2015/2016 season onwards.
– The special contents produced by LNP
For 12 months from the registration.

What LNP TV PASS Monthly Pass includes?
The Monthly pass includes:
– Live games (excluded the matches broadcast on Sky Sport*) of Series A2 Championship, Playoffs, Playout, Italian Cup, Supercup LNP and other events
 
– All League’s games in VOD (VideoOnDemand)
– The archive of videos of the matches played in the Serie A2 championship, from the 2015/2016 season onwards.
– The special contents produced by LNP
For 1 month from the registration.

In which language are commentaries available?
Commentaries of games are available only in Italian.
You can put in mute the commentary by using the volume button of the video player. Interviews at the end of matches will be in Italian as well, or in the native language of the speaker.

Do you have an issue with your account or wish to edit your personal details?

I have a LNP TV PASS account, but I forgot my password. How can I get it?

If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password in the Login page, just below the access button. Please enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your old password and instructions to generate a new one.

Always remember to check that emails do not end up in the Spam / Junk Mail and to have enough space in the mailbox.

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Click on LOGIN in top right menu and insert your access information.

If the error “We could not find your email address” shows up, it means that you are probably registered with another email. Try to insert another email or get a new registration.

If the email or password are invalid or your account is blocked, please click on Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with the instructions to generate a new password.

Always remember to check that emails do not end up in the Spam / Junk Mail and to have enough space in the mailbox.

My account is blocked. What should I do?

The account is blocked when you tried to insert a wrong password too many times. Please click on Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to generate a new password.

I am registered with an invalid/unused email. Can I change it?

Yes! If you are registered with an invalid or unused email, you can LOGIN with this registration email, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on “Update My Profile” button. Then insert a new email.

I cannot find MY ACCOUNT, how can I check my subscription information?

MY ACCOUNT is located in the top right menu of the homepage. If you cannot find it, there should be a symbol with three lines. Click on that symbol and a drop down menu containing MY ACCOUNT will show up. As alternative, open the browser screen to the full monitor size.

How can I create my account?

Click on Register in the top right of the homepage.

Can I  watch the live streaming of all A2 Championship games?
All the matches of the Serie A2 season are part of the LNP TV PASS offer. They could remain excluded, in the LIVE mode; only those produced by the national television partner of LNP; and only if this requires the exclusivity of LIVE for all platforms. The same matches will however be available on-demand on LNP TV for LNP TV Pass subscribers in the following hours, at the end of the embargo period foreseen by the current contract..

I do not find the section Live Video. What should I do?
Once you logged in, live section will appear on the upper section of the homepage. There will be a countdown before every live matches start. You can access to live games clicking on LIVE and choosing rhe club or clicking on  CALENDAR. Please remember to install the latest version of Flash. You can consult the calendar to be always updated on matches’ time schedule.

I can hear the audio, but I cannot see images. What should I do?
If you are using a Mac or Windows, we recommend you to update Flash to its latest version. If the problem persists, right-click the video window (or CTRL key if your mouse has only one button) and go to Flash settings. Click Display Tab and deactivate the Enable Hardware Acceleration. So please refresh the page (F5) or restart browser.

I have problems of fluidity of the images. The picture freezes or is jerky. What should I do?
The required connection speed for HD quality is 4 Mbps.
Before proceeding with the subscription, we recommend doing a speed-test to certify the quality of the download connection that is granted to you by your band provider.
If you have problems viewing the images because of the speed connection, click on the setting button and change the video quality, try to view it at a lower speed.
Check that no firewall or router security are blocking the video or that other programs are not using bandwidth during the live competition.
Check that there are no third parties that may interfere or weaken your connection on your line.
We always recommend closing all applications on your device while watching the live game or changing the browser you are using, updating Chrome at the last version.

Can I watch the LNP TV PASS videos on iPad, iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Live Video is compatible with iPad, iPhone and Android. Watching videos depends on connection quality, the device and the system used. If you are having trouble viewing some videos with iPad, iPhone or other mobile devices, we recommend you to use a computer / laptop.
For Android devices, we instead recommend using Dolphin or Chrome browsers.

Can I change type of subscription once purchased?
You can change the type of subscription from annual to monthly or vice versa directly from the menu MY ACCOUNT, in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on 2nd February and you choose to buy an annual subscription on 15th February, the cost of the new annual subscription will be charged on the expiration date of the monthly pass, in this case on 2nd March.

Which currency is applied to the subscription’s payment?
Subscriptions prices are in euro. In case of a different currency, your bank exchange rate will be applied. For more information on the exchange rate, please refer to your bank.

How do I subscribe to LNP TV PASS? What are prices and terms of purchase?
Click on Register in the homepage and you can find the description of all the packages offered by LNP TV PASS. After the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email with the type of pass purchased.
Packages are subject to automatic renewal at the end of the period you paid. Only the user has the right to withdraw from the automatic renewal, by deleting his profile from his registration page.

I cancelled my subscription, but I want to buy a new pass. How can I do? Can I use my old login?
Yes, if you are already registered to LNP TV PASS, but you cancelled your automatic renewal and so you do not have any active subscription, log in with your credentials by clicking on LOGIN. Enter MY ACCOUNT and you will find the “”Join Now”” button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. Continue to purchase a new subscription. You do not need to register a second time.

When does my pass expire?
The annual subscription renews automatically after 12 months from the purchased date. The monthly subscription renews each month. You can check the details of your subscription in MY ACCOUNT. THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is to unsubscribe your subscription from MY ACCOUNT menu.

What are the refund policies of LNP TV PASS?
Single cases of refund are at the absolute discretion of StreamAMG. LNP TV PASS subscriptions are non-refundable. StreamAMG is not bound to any form of reimbursement or compensation after the purchase. In case of a claim, StreamAMG will evaluated it. If you want to ask for a refund, please fill the form at this link. The refund can be issued only to the person who has subscribed and using the same payment method she used to register. Users that do not cancel their subscription before the renewal date will not receive any refund.

I bought a subscription through my club, what should I do now?
LNP TV Pass CLUB: once supplied your personal information to your Club and purchased your pass, the Club will communicate it to StreamAMG and LNP. Within a short time, you will receive an email with the registration instructions to follow and a unique coupon code that must be entered during your registration process (NB. The price will then be zero, since you have already paid the amount to your club). Once your registration is complete, you will be a new Annual Pass user. You can check paragraph 3 of T&C for more details. Therefore, the subscription expire after 12 months from activation date, the users will receive a dedicated extension proposal at the end of the period.

You wish to know how does the automatic renewal of your plan does work?


What does automatic renewal mean?
When you subscribe to LNP TV PASS, you accept the terms and conditions of sale. All subscriptions renew automatically. If you buy a monthly pass, it renews automatically at the end of each month (for example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on 22nd May, it will automatically renew every 22nd of the month). The annual pass renews automatically every 12 months from the registration date (for example, if you bought an annual pass on 1st July 2018 (or your pass was renewed according to previous agreements), it renews the 1st July 2019 and every 1st every 12 months.)
Any change of the subscription price will be notified via email. The user must register with a valid email and every communication will be considered received once it is sent to the registraion email address.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by MY ACCOUNT menu.
NOTA BENE: If you do not cancel your subscription before the expiring date, your subscription will automatically renew and the cost of the renewal will be charged on your credit card inserted during the registration process.

What are the rules for automatic renewal in LNP TV PASS?
All the subscription offered, Annual and Monthly Pass (and all other packages that will be created and flagged as automatically renewable), renew automatically. You can cancel the clause of automatic renewal by accessing your profile at any time.

I do not want my subscription renews automatically. How do I cancel the renewal?

You can cancel at any time your subscription and the automatic renewal entering MY ACCOUNT and clicking the CANCEL button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. In this way, you will be able to watch the games until the end of the period you paid. Please note that the user must cancel his pass from his profile in the website. This is the ONLY valid way to cancel subscription package. StreamAMG and LNP cannot manage user’s account of duration of the pass. They can intervene just in case of technical problems or discrepancies.

I am no longer interested in my subscription. How do I unsubscribe?

You can cancel at any time your subscription and the automatic renewal entering MY ACCOUNT and clicking on the CANCEL button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. In this way, you will be able to watch the games until the end of the period you paid.”

What are the minimum system requirements?

The minimum system requirements are:

  • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent (*) with 2GB memory
  • Operating system and browser supported by Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about
  • Adobe Flash player version 11.2
  • An Internet connection of 4 Mbps or higher
  • 1024 × 768 resolution or higher

The recommended system requirements are:

  • Latest version of Windows, Mac and GNU / Linux
  • Latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • Latest version of Adobe Flash player
  • 1280 × 720 resolution or higher

In which size are videos available?

Both videos, Live and On Demand, are available in a format that automatically is adapted to the bit rate available.

The bitrate formats are:

  • 720p -> 1280x720px at 2.5 Mbps;
  • 540p -> 960x540px at 1.3 Mbps;
  • 360p -> 640x360px at 850 Kbps.

Can I access to my account from multiple devices at the same time?

You can use your IP number (Internet) from different devices, using the credentials and IP code for access. Your access is limited to one device at a time, as stated in the LNP TV PASS Terms and Conditions.

The account is personal and cannot be shared.

Can I use multiple devices?

LNP TV PASS subscribers can enjoy the view of the matches using up to three different devices (PC, Tablet, Mobile). Insert your credentials and you can start watching a game from a device and then switch to another one, but never simultaneously.
